Horrible service, people totally unprepared to work. We ordered the meal and after 2 hours it arrived cold, it was horrible, a real waste of time and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

How was my experience there? Horrible! I made a reservation, indicated the staff to go there and meet, when I arrive... What a shame! Terrible service, food so, don't even talk! Unprepared employees, lack of organization and professionalism. The only thing that saves you is the landscape, but if you were only going to see the landscape, you would go to Morro do Cristo. And they need humility to recognize that they are wrong, instead of making up lying excuses, because it gets ugly.
