Janessa was preoccupied with a phone call and not attending to the customers. She could use some coaching or may need to be let go.
I paid $17 for two very different salads, but the only difference was spinach and onions. I would have been better off making my own or just getting one from Domino's Pizza.
Absolutely awful experience. How can one salad be so different from another when the only variation is the onions? I’m appalled to have paid $17 for two salads that were complete garbage. The service at 5:30 on a Monday was equally disappointing.
Most of the employees are quite friendly. My only complaint is that the quality of the subs can vary depending on who makes them. Some individuals are quite stingy with the salad and onions, which results in a smaller sub than expected.
