Waffle House - Jonesboro

I wish I could put zero stars? that's my third time that's turned around by security. the security guard, 2 chefs and a waitress in there jaws jumping. they eat, but turn around the customers. this is a 24 hour facility so that the website say I heard 4 others say that they have been turned around several times as well as! terrible business. it was 12:50 when I was shot this time! 12:50am 1:48 am 2: ish am was shot every time

Customer service is good, but sometimes employees can have a bit of an attitude. Food is always good but I hate all the flies inside and the over cooked waffles. Waffles are a hit an Miss with this Waffle House. I hate this Waffle House doesn?t allow me to call in my order. Nobody ever picks up with the number listed on google at this location. The one by ATLANTA motor speedway is a 5 star.

Very unclean establishment. The employees aren?t practicing any type of protocol w/ the handling of the food. I just saw a worker behind the grill leave go outside to briefly talk to someone that was in there car immediately came back in to go right back on the grill. I didn?t see any gloves or washing of any hands!!!! Very very unsanitary.

My waffle was amazing. They serve real butter too. I thought there was a staff shortage. The waffle house had eight people behind the counter.

So I came to Waffle House 2:44 am. Only for the security guard to say shift change a 30 min wait! Crazy how the whole staff outside smoking! I?ll never go back! I will definitely be calling corporate or management!
