I was at O'charly in Illinois and the food and service was excellent!... but I and my family went to this in Jonesboro, Arkansas expected the same experience..boy I was wrong!. We got there about 11:45 for lunch and it wasn't busy at all the waitress was waiting for us slowly, slowly at the reels and drinks became our drinks. 2 of us ordered the corn-catfish dinners they were NOT cornmeal, but a kind of batter?. very disappointing!. If this restaurant belongs to the O'charly's franchise or regardless of it, there is a bad reputation to the franchise name and by other reviews I have read, we were not the only ones who had a bad experience here.

Great service, but the steak nachos were terrible. Couples of teaspoons overdone small pieces of meat. We paid $2.00 for a little extra Queso. Katlin is great at the bar so we went with the food and then thrown away. I called the manager who was nice to try something else next time.
