Georgia Potato Factory - Jonesboro

I’ll give it a 1 star based on the hefty portion size. I ordered the chicken broccoli potato and it was under seasoned and very bland. The customer service was horrible , the lady (owner) didn’t greet me and was very nonchalant. The chicken taste like it was boiled with the potato no taste whatsoever. I would encourage to incorporate a butter sauce with flavor to enhance potatoes and to work on customer service .

The food is delicious ! Yall need better cakes tho Edit. The quality of the food hasn't changed in years. I'm taking away stars because it was hair in my food, I'm almost certain it was the white cook that prepared the food, multiple pices of hair.

I love when people the more mature lady is there, the food be on point and taste like love but the young crew they just do anything. Makes me not want to come or order ahead cuz you don’t know what crew there. And the steak potatoe is some type of ground meat not steak

First come coming to visit the potato factory since i moved here. I came around 9:00pm. The gentleman working on 3/11 seemed to the only one on shift. Despite that, He was incredibly polite and made sure everyone’s order came out on time. He Did a great job With my Potatoes i ordered a Bacon and Cheese potato and a BBQ Pulled Pork Potato and they were both even better than i anticipated. If you are thinking about trying the Potato Factory Please visit this Tara Blvd Location. They had great hospitality, Great Customer Service, and Great Potatoes! Definitely will be returning.

I was very disappointed. We waited 45 minutes on horrible food. I ordered chili cheese fries. First I couldn’t find the fries. Second I’m wondering why they were put in the microwave that made it a hot soggy mess. Wings taste like they were warmed up and note that people like more flavors than ranch dressing. Philly cheese baked potatoes had more onions than Philly. There were 2 young ladies there that were very overwhelmed with how busy it was. And maybe that was the problem. Did someone not show up to work?
