We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. We chose brown bread. We said we had allergies to almonds. We waited 55 minutes to get our order. The sandwiches came with white bread. There were almonds in the side-dish salad. We didn't serve a glass of water. In addition, the 14$ sandwiches were mostly bread, with 3 very fine slices of pear, and a little cheese. The overall feeling was extremely dry, especially without a glass of water. The service was absolutely inattentive. The waitresses were even evil after 40 minutes, we asked how long it would take and wonder if we had to go somewhere else. The waitress replied: it will be there in 2 min. It took more than 15 minutes. Definitely a very bad experience. Avoid if you can.

We went to lunch this week and were very disappointed because the 40 minutes wait to get our orders. After 30 minutes, depending on how the order was placed on the checkout), we told a server that we were on a deadline. He came back and told us that they had a big group up there, but they already prepared our records. Ten minutes later, we had to ask the waitress again and she gave the same answer... so what makes the preparation of a record mean!! She came back to offer us to takeout!! A large group of 20 has certainly reserved. If the waitress had told us it would take more time, we would usually have gone somewhere else. The food was good, but we had no time to enjoy it and appreciate it. We often go here and, to be honest, this time we were very disappointed.

A definite must stop for hot drinks and dessert! The atmosphere is amazing with a very hip. The drinks are excellent and the dessert fountain must be safe! Try the cheesecake carrot cake!

We came with a wheelchair and were able to access the outdoor dining area for our meal. The server was extremely friendly and accommodating. Once our order was taken, the server noticed we were not bilingual and made sure to have someone fluent in English serve us. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The food was presented beautifully and was delicious.
