Completely not enough staff to run the restaurant. baker was sniffing and coughing, and not suitable for work.

Service bad. Order for delivery at 7.30pm, 8.30 still not received tracker said they preparing my pizza. Got angry and went there personally to collect the pizza myself, turnout the pizza is still preparing and baking for abour one hour waiting they did nothing with my order. You are fast food restaurant everything must be quick. This is diffrerent when you order online and take away. Once you arrive the order must be ready while when you ask for delivery they preparing our food late.

Below std vs their other outlets, the cashier was not been trained, very slow in entering orders.

The cashier looked so sleepy and not interested to work. The staffs were playful and not wearing mask and gloves while handling the food. The management should monitor their work for better customer service.

Bad experience order using grab they say they delivered but didn’t contact them but no response kept asking to be put on hold!
