Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Johnstown

Not sure if it's nostalgia but this place got me started with sushi and I haven't looked back. Exactly as I remember it. Volcano roll is very different from most other places and is my favorite.

5/5 stars for the freshness, quality and prices! A true ma pa place for sushi There are many places to buy sushi in johnstown but none that compare to the quality. The fact the prices are so affordable is simply an added bonus. Don't waste your money or time n!kko$ thinking the price means its better. Wrong. Fuji is the only sushi in town that I swear profanity after every bite its amazing

The only reason I would rate this as a four star and not a five, is because of one bad experience when coming here. I waited for forty-five minutes to be seated and multiple staff looked at me and kept walking. I no longer eat in the restaurant but order ahead of time for take out. Overall, decent sushi and hibachi selection. Cheaper compared to other locations near by.

Fuji is the best sushi restaurant in Johnstown that I have had the opportunity to eat at! The quality is top notch and the prices and portions both beat nearby competitors. I have had Fuji countless times and remains the first place I think of for sushi in Johnstown. It's also pretty cool that Gerard Butler likes this place too!

It's been my favorite place to eat for years!! I've had 3 birthday dinners and my graduation dinner there, and countless times of having friends meet there. Fuji is the reason my boyfriend loves sushi! They have the sweetest servers who by now, remember mine, my dad's, and my boyfriend's order. Absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone!
