Casey's - Johnston

I am extremely displeased with the behavior of a young female employee at this restaurant. Whenever I enter the establishment, she greets me with a high-pitched scream of "HELLO" and then proceeds to closely monitor my every move. This behavior is extremely irritating and has caused me to stop visiting this location. I used to frequent this restaurant twice a day for the past 5 years, but now I opt to go to Quick Trip or Kum & Go instead because I cannot bear the thought of encountering her again. This experience has been nothing but unpleasant.

I tried calling several times to order pizza at this restaurant, but each time either no one answered, they hung up on me, or the line was busy. I eventually gave up and ordered pizza from a different Casey's location.

I really like this Casey's location. I visit frequently and each time, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

My girl said they have the best donuts at this one...

This was just a bad experience all around. This was my first time ordering from this location as I live around the corner. I called in an order and was told it was going to be 30 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later to a line of 3 people ahead of me waiting. They had mixed up the order of the customer in front of me and had to remake him an entirely new pizza. Therefore I ended up waiting almost and additional 30 minutes for my pizza. When I got my pizza home I realized that they had forgotten some of the toppings on my pizza, the cheese was only melted on half and the curst and the curst was soft. I will not be going back again
