Wellington's - Johnson City

Great environment and food. One of Johnson City's nicest restaurants. Good wine list but they will also let you bring your own bottle.

As of 9/18/22 their well bourbon is Eagle Rare around $7, which is a sick deal right off the bat. They've got a deep whiskey/bourbon stock and all of it is more than fairly priced. There was also a whole shelf of scotch that a neighboring group was impressed with. The food was killer, I totally understand why they brag about their collard greens.

Great atmosphere, but a bit pricey. Food prepared beautifully and tasted wonderful. The chocolate torte was the best, decadent and scrumptious.

Celebrated our anniversary with a lovely charcuterie board, the deconstructed Wellington, the crispy salmon of course their delicious coffee cherries jubilee flambé. Our waitress was so attentive to each dish. Love the ambience here. And their Christmas tree is absolutely beautiful.

The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL and cozy, the staff is so sweet and the food was beyond amazing! Hands down my favorite place!
