Rio de Brazil - Johnson City

We came to Rio de Brazil for the 50th birthday. We had a great meal. The sidebar was well equipped. Our favorite meats were the flank steak, ribeye and beef. The servers were attentive. We went on Wednesday night, and there weren't many other diners. I have seen other reviews where others have danced on meat and picked price. They were probably not in a Brazilian steakhouse before and didn't know what to expect. If you want a certain type of meat, or do it more or less, or more or less rare, just ask the server. They were happy to fulfill our wishes. I'm glad that's the remnant in Johnson City. It is a great place for special occasions. We'll be back.

The restaurant was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. The food was wonderful and the service of both the waitress and the Gauchos was excellent! The salad bar was cold and fresh and the hot supplements were very delicious! It was a very beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary! Thanks Rio de Brazil!

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, with perfectly seasoned and marinated dishes. The price is around $40 per plate, but it's all-you-can-eat. You can continuously try new dishes or take a break and come back for more when your stomach is ready.

The restaurant is overpriced and the quality of the food diminishes after it is initially served.

The meat selections were very fatty, not good flavor and value for the price wasn't there. Salad bar was okay. The only thing decent was the grilled pineapple
