Jimmy John's - Johnson City

Very poor customer service. The staff was very rude to my wife. They got our order wrong and then we’re rude when we asked them to fix it. They had the music turned up so loud that you could barely hear each other speak. The food tastes great but we probably won’t be back because of the service unfortunately. I would be glad to talk with the owner/manager if needed.

Went to Jimmy John's for lunch. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. I want to say my sub was super good but it wasn't bad either. I prefer my Italian subs with a little more oil and vinegar than mayonnaise. Which I did ask for but did not come out that way. By no means was it not good. The sub was good but not great. I would definitely still try it again.

Good subs for a good price! The service is fast and they stay open late which is a win, win for me.

When I arrived there was not a soul in sight...I 'm including employees. A guy came out thought he was friendly at 1st I was wrong. Just down right unfriendly, seemed to be very put off when he had to answer 2 quick questions. He began making my order, I asked him where a tip jar was...his 'overly delightful ' personality continued so I put his tip back in my wallet... hoping the sandwich is good ... but, still, won 't be back. Jimmy John 's should look for people to hire that at least have the ability to be friendly, maybe smile. We all know that life is hard right now this guy did NOT make it any better!!

Great subs. They may have heard the 3rd sub I ordered , they don't give you time to order, happens everytime I go.
