Bidra med feedbackGood for a nice mountain lunch, then back to the slopes!
Large comfortable condo #2218. But Vacasa is a disaster. Large carpet stains in hallway and bedroom. Vacasa did not get the carpets cleaned in spite of frequent assurances. When we arrived the security pass did not worked. So we were locked out of the parking garage and almost all of the resort. Turns out it expired the day we arrived and Vacasa did not renew it. 2 hours to get card activated. The air conditioner only pumped warm air the last two days. Did not bother with Vacasa. All the calls to Vacasa were handled by someone in Oregon. They had zero knowledge of this property. Unacceptable lack of service.
The customer service we received was top notch. We had to push back our stay last minute by a day due to a sick child and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and rebook everything. Jack B at the front desk deserves special mention for spending almost an hour trying to figure out the most cost effective way to rebook the lift tickets for the right dates. I can’t thank Jack and his team enough for their efforts and kindness. Most other hotel staff would have just given up but Jack didn’t quit until he figured it out. It really set off our trip on the right foot and just a small example of the famous deer valley customer service that keeps us coming back! Thank you again! The rest of our stay was also lovely. The shuttle to the mountain was incredibly convenient and the included breakfast was excellent (especially the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes! We will absolutely be returning!
We stayed at a 3 bedroom rental in building 5 and enjoyed it! The townhouse was HUGE- 2 levels and lots of areas to sleep. Kitchen had everything needed to make a full meal. Washer and Dryer in unit. Large bathrooms. Great restaurant on the property. My fav was the coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. Cute general store with all your small incidental needs and food available.
I was here for 3 nights for a business trip. My first time in Utah. The staff were very helpful from the moment I walked in until I checked out. The setting is beautiful with an amazing 3 story tall main lobby built with post and beam construction. Massive wooden beams highlight the design. Since this was a business trip, we were served a catered buffet for breakfast and dinner, therefore I can't comment on menu selections available, but the buffet options were excellent. An excellent stay
