The worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, the staff was very bad, slow, disrespectful… they told me 15 minutes after 35 minutes my order was ready..

Service too slow coming with wrong order..should pay more attention into this matter,hope more improvements in future

Literally the worst Pizza Hut I 've ordered on and I 've ordered from several other branch. Order my pickup at 5:35pm and they called me at 8pm telling me that I forget to pick up my pizza even tho they didn 't call me that it was done. The excuse was that I should have knowned to pick up my pizza and they were too busy to call me. What kind of service is this? How am I suppose to know when it 's done? So I 'm suppose to care if they are busy. How about me? Do they care if I 'm busy too that I don 't have to investigate when my pizza is done?
