Restaurace Šaldův Statek - Jilemnice

I can't really go wrong with this small, pleasant restaurant, but rather know it well, as my girlfriend and I always stop by when we're nearby. The service is friendly, responding to some comments that the staff can't greet, every time we go there, the first thing is that they greet us, willingly come and start with the order. The wait is longer, but after all, it is stated in the menu, we are always happy to wait and never disappointed. Thank you, keep it up, and don't worry about the negative comments, we're all different after all :

Today my friend and I went out for dinner, we were very satisfied with both the service and the cuisine. And what's more, when we happened to find out that there was only one chef in the kitchen with an assistant, we couldn't believe how they pulled it off. We also work in hospitality, but we really don't understand this. The food was truly excellent!!

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service.
