Little Caesars Pizza - Jesup

The pizza was good, but it was very thin. The times when I was, it seems that the place is run by teenagers. If you have your food ready when you order them, order before the time. We use the app. I'm sure you can call.

I have placed an online order at 8:15 and still have no confirmation text, so I go to the store and they tell me and my wife that it was ready at 8:26 so that I still sit here without pizza or something in the parking space at 9:15 which is extremely disappointing

If I could give them zero stars, I would. In the past, I had several problems with this store. I had some cut pizzas, I ordered over the phone one hour before the arrival and had to wait thirty minutes, because it was just my order as I arrived. Well, today I ordered online and received my message. I'm going to the store and hit my order number. Well, my order wasn't on the right shelf. So I tell the employee and he looks at me as if he had no idea what I'm talking about. After about ten minutes waiting, he finally finds my order that was on the wrong numbered shelf. I take my order and go home to find that one of my pizzas has not been cut at all. Well, I got a pizza cutter. I should get a discount on my order because I need to do some of their work. You've lost another customer because I'm fed with this business? Lack of customer service, lack of attention to detail, and absolutely bad time management skills.

Have good food, but let me say you don't know how to answer a dang phone to place dang orders

The food is almost always hot and fresh and typically tastes great only problem is they don't always make them quite right. I will definitely be returning but I'm hoping they can improve on the toppings.
