Time of arrival 20:30, order taken at 20:50. Dinner served at 9:45! after 55 minutes waiting, the dinner was cold (the pizza looked like a frozen pizza from supermarket). We called to ask for availability of a table (7 people). The waitress made us sit down by giving us the lists (until this is all right).
