Worst place for food! Baby clams on half broken shells. Mussels in all white dried out. No crab they just have the picture in the menu. Bubble tea is watered down as hell. The meat had black stuff all around the edges. The mushrooms are just some cheap variations of white mushrooms. Basically the worst place on earth. Never

We had a very good time, the food was very good and we enjoyed a lot. Our server Haoyuan helped us a lot throughout, as it was our first time ever eating hot pot and he helped us with everything, from giving us good recommendations to telling us when something was ready. He was a very kind guy and we enjoyed having him as our server. Overall it was a very fun and enjoyable experience would definitely recommend.

The customer service in this location is INCREDIBLE. Big shout out to Ashley for her care, kindness, and authenticity. Will definitely be visiting again just to be helped by her. 10/10

I’ve been to Kpot couple of times already and it was amazing! Read some reviews saying that service was bad and don’t understand how it can be possible everything was really really great within our visits. Food is amazing, people are even better! And the atmosphere. Last time we went with 3 of my friends and we all were very happy with everything. I even remembered the names of people who were serving our table super nice, helpful, quick and high quality service! Thank you Ashley and Jay our experience was top level! Will be coming back soon and bringing new friends lol
