B18 Coffee Kitchen - Jersey City

Not very busy at 2pm. Barista was capable, but cappuccino tasted burnt. Had scone; wasn't offered butter or jam. Sat down to tables that hadn't been cleared or cleaned in a while. Clearly their heart isn't in it.

Overpriced.. and not that good. Food is mediocre. Coffee is terrible. The workers are not welcoming, you could be standing right in front of them and they'll stare at you in your face and continue their conversation and come take your order when they feel like it. You're better off going to Café Dolma, Cocoa Bakery or even Legal Grounds which is less than a 10 minute walk from this place. Don't waste your time or money. This place sucks.

The food and coffee here are excellent. The service is quick and I find the staff to be very nice!

One of the employee Said something bad things about me in their native language where she doesn’t know that I understand their language. This is totally unacceptable. Have your employees learn how to behave and respect others.

Don’t come here if you want decent coffee or service. Couldn’t order a traditional macchiato without all cashiers and baristas standing in front of me asking repeatedly what I wanted with 10 customers behind me. Coffee wasn’t that good either. Hours of operations are horrible. 8am on weekdays 9am on weekends. Always with a full group of customers anticipating their door opening. Owner needs to reevaluate the hours and types of employees or training.
