Starbucks - Jermantown

The male “shift leader” rolled his eyes at me twice while I was trying to order. Once because I asked a question about redeeming the bogo drink coupon and another time because I wasn’t clear how to apply the coupon. The leader is casting a horrible shadow to his associates. Treat customers like they are dumb. Perfect. It also took over 20 mins to get 2 drinks and it was not busy.

Please try the breakfast sandwich options with egg. I typically enjoy a hot beverage from here but this month I had a feeling for a cold drink to match the season. There are plenty of tasty options to choose from.

Ok so I buy starbuck for my parents, gf, sister bc they are obsessed, but its the first time trying it myself I gotta say this is significantly better then the coffee I make at home. Yup, I'll be back tomorrow.. thanks so much for your friendly service.

Service and cleanliness were nice. I didn't like the spinach sandwich I bought.

Must have visited during an off time. Few people in this store and busy staff on their drive thru. Very clean and inviting to sit in their spaces and enjoy the coffee.
