Always a great consistent Burger, and tried the garlic fries for the first time and they were marvelous darling .

I want to be fair here. We were not expecting much, and so were not all that disappointed. Everyone that worked at this location was friendly, helpful and attentive, but not overly so. The staff was the best part of the meal. The place was clean, but looks and feels a little tired and sad. My husband had a keep it simple cheeseburger and it was 'decent, ' cooked to order with all the usual toppings. I had the crispy chicken tender salad, and it wasn 't bad, but didn 't look or taste fresh...just kind of limp and blah, and the fried chicken was completely tasteless. Not a spice to be found. Even the dressing didn 't have any zing. They make a big deal about their onion rings. We got the short tower and they were well cooked and crunchy, but again pretty tasteless. With two soft drinks, the bill came to over $45. That 's a lot of money for meh.

The bottle of ketchup at my table had disgusting, spoiled ketchup!As someone who worked as a former server, this issue happens if the restaurant refills the top of the bottle with new ketchup instead of throwing it out once the ketchup in the bottle starts running low.The unused ketchup at the bottom gets old, starts rotting, and gets moldy, resulting in this disgusting rancid ketchup taste.Completely ruined my appetite.
