Dunkin' - Jermantown

Went later in the day with some friends. The guy working there, Caleb, was super nice and made the experience very enjoyable. He went above and beyond his expected duties and we had some good conversations since we were the only people there at the time. Highly recommend!

At the time of visit there was only one worker behind the counter, seemed like a college kid, and he was super nice and got my order out quick. He had just started the shift, and was left with work to finish by the previous one and still got everything done great!

I would recommend this restaurant to those who prefer paying with cash, as they accept both cash and card payments.

Give that hispanic boy a raised who worked in the morning by himself during the snow days 1/17 he handled everything on his own. this star is not for the shop is more for the kid.

This location in particular is HORRIBLE. Recently, I placed and online order. When I arrived to pick it up, they were not open despite being within the posted operating hours. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. i called the location and there was no answer. Despite this, they still charged me for my large order.After this, I reached out to Dunkin Donuts customer service who said I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. I was not. I followed the instructions in the email from customer service to let them know if I have not heard anything. It has been over a month and three emails and I still have not been contacted.Additionally, I have not been refunded for my order. I will not be providing business to this location in the future. They are inconsistent, extremely slow, and dishonest.
