Bidra med feedbackI was in this restaurant for the first time and it was so good. The staff are extremely friendly. While we eat we have the sea view, the price is ok.
Can 't rate their food, because at 8pm their kitchen was closed and we decided not to order anything as we needed proper dinner, when we left a waiter ran after us and asked with a raised voice: Did you pay? He was very rude. We tried to explain the situation, but he said he had poor English, apparently good enough to only shout at customers. At understanding the situation when I explained it in Spanish, he said we are welcome to come back when they open the kitchen again at 8pm, but obviously we didn 't come back. Very poor customer service and bad manners!
Stopped in here because I wanted a coffee in the morning and it was very close to our apartment. There were always people there (good sign! , but never too crowded (also nice. Both the coffee and the chocolate with churros were good, and not too expensive (less than 4 euro altogether , plus the workers were pretty friendly.
Just arrived in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera, we were quite hungry. My friend suggested to try the local paella while I ordered fried chicken breast with salad and chips. My friend requested the hot water to drink due to her bad cold and waiter was very kind and helpful, even served her the hot drink with a slice of lemon. The food was great and service was good. We were too hungry to remember to take some photos of the dishes...LOL When we asked for the directions, the waiter was patient to explain to us.
This place was very busy for a Sunday morning so we decided to give it a try. After a difficult language debate the barista instructed the waiter to show us the menu in English! We ordered 2 toasts, one with coffee and the other a fruit tea. They arrived promptly which was amazing considering the volume of customers. The toast was a huge roll which arrived plain and we were soon offered butter and jam instead of the traditional olive oil. Everything was good and we couldn’t believe the price- €4 for everything! We will definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re on a budget. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
