Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Jensen Beach

I ordered the three cheese quesadilla, not a chicken. It came with chicken anyway. It was overboiled, which led to a hard bowl. It was an order to go and I threw most of it away. I also ordered a strawberry smoothie that was sour. My order came near $10, which was a total waste of money. I neither recommend nor will I go back.

Absolutely rude employee. asked them to remake my smoothie because it tasted terrible and they went to talk and laugh with each other and looked at me. As an employee of another tropical smoothie, I'm disgusting.

Tropical smoothies customer service surpasses my expectations every time. Every time I go there, I'll be greeted with a smile. Thanks for always helping me make great decisions.

I bought a Hummus Veggie salad last week as takeout order. I left the mall and was a few miles away until I realized there was no hummus with my salad. I went back to the same local days later and explained what happened. The young girl came out and said she was the manager. She said that her policy is to trade only food for something else if I had the food present and would not replace my food for what I originally paid. I showed her the photo of my order and showed her that there was no hummus in my salad. I was confused because most companies realize if a mistake was made, then they try to make the situation right for their customers. Apparently, customers do not come to this place first. She offered no excuse and said that's her policy. I'll never go back there. Extremely poor customer service.

Inconveniently located inside the mall but not specified on the app. The address also makes it appear that it is located on the main road outside the mall, not inside the food court in the center of the mall.
