Bidra med feedbackThe owner of several local papa john’s franchises decided to take part in a school coupon program that began last year by the same time school. we decided to support our friend's football team and buy the vouchers only for the free papa john's pizza. some months back we tried to use it, and they told us they won't accept it anymore. I forgot to call and follow this time. tonight we are dead broke the night before the payag and really would have used a free pizza for dinner the owner / manager (not sure who he was, but by what he said it sounded like the owner) told me that he tried to do a nice thing through the participation, but that a few teachers distributed 50 or more to student who then we call in 12-15 free pizzas wait for them to break out! the voucher is good until 7/31/2019!! this is not fair for people who have actually paid money to have a free pizza voucher! I think it's quite easy to say the difference or ask that the order is placed in the load and that they are waiting to redeem the voucher! it is not as if I wanted to order more than the 1 free pizza!
Your delivery drivers are great! I even had this one girl who brought me napkins on the other day (I think she's new? That was great! And they accept expired coupons (you have to call in the store to get these deals. can't do it online. That's great! Who else does this for you? And they have the same perfect pizza every time. I love Papa John's!
You have the best pizza compared to the other chains so the higher price. I love her garlic butter and spicy paprika. It is an execution and delivery location, so expect to eat at home, a park, or where you can also be on the go. I recommend ordering online for the coupons. You get more bang for your ass.
The manager of this Papa John's goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. Pizza is always consistent and great. It's always ready when they say. Great job Jimmy!
What started out as a horrible delivery experience has turned into a completely redeemable experience. After having the wrong order delivered to my home and then waiting a considerable amount longer for the correct order the manager, James Wyatt was able to rectify the entire situation with free food and sincere apologies. He completely comped my entire order and also gave me a coupon for a free pizza. His generosity did not stop there, when I called to redeem my free pizza he actually threw in free breadsticks as well. What struck me most was he was honest about the mistake made with my delivery, he owned up to it and just did his best to remedy the situation
