TL;DR: So intimate and romantic! What a cute place!! I was able to snag a 7pm reservation the day of my Friday visit. I went here with two friends and it was a fun time. You know by the name to expect small plates, but they are all reasonably priced and designed to share. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Great little tapas spot in downtown/old town Portland. Food was really good and service was top notch. Our waiter did great with our 2 year old. Not busy on a Wednesday evening. Would recommend and revisit.
