Heart Coffee (westside)

Love my local coffee shop. Their nut milks are amazing but definitely pricey so know before getting alternatives.

Although heart continues to relocate their west side down town location each iteration seems better than the last. I can't wait to return to this wonderful place for a date but for now I'll be grabbing a cup of gourmet coffee to go.

Disappointed. Overrated by other sources. Could feel the barista didn't want to be there. So see if 15% gratuity up front could make things better (15% is not bad for putting coffee into paper cups, and onto the counter. That's it). Did not work. All 5 cups of coffee taste bland. Then all 5 had sour aftertaste. While waiting for the coffee to be made, we could smell the chemicals coming from the restroom, and not the coffee (with mask on). Ironically the name is Heart, while the barista's heart is not in it.

Coffee tasted so bland and the shot tasted burnt, all my friend's drinks was made so poorly. Also the vibes from the staff were very rude.

Overpriced and pretentious. took off mask for a split second to sip coffee and got a stern warning. put sugar in my coffee without letting me know, really?
