Cup Cones Strawberry milk tea all natural honey boba is a game changer!! My family, who loves all things “boba” has now found our favorite shop!! Such a delicious flavor the Boba has, and with zero extra additives!! I really enjoyed how it tasted, and since it was made fresh, it was a little warm, which made such a fun flavor and sensational experience on my taste buds! So good

I discovered Cup Cone on a trip to Portland awhile back and now whenever I’m in town I make a special trip. Love the unique flavors of ice cream and boba tea!

I was really looking forward to trying this place because I'm a bit of a boba fanatic and it has such good reviews. Sadly it's not great.Boba: the tapioca pearls have nice flavor but the texture is much too soft and mushy for me.The main issue though is the flavor the chai was really weird tasting and astringent and the milk tea was a bit watery. Both were ridiculously sweet I totally forgot to ask for reduced sweetness like I do at most boba places, but they didn't mention sweetness levels on the menu so I'm not sure it is even an option.Ice cream: I got the donut sandwich. The ice cream was very nice and creamy but the donut itself was terrible. Really dry, stale, and flavorless. Not happy that I paid $7 for a bad donut and like a quarter cup of ice cream.

Super friendly staff and unbelievably delicious ice creams and boba! Will definitely be back next time I'm in the Portland area.
