Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jennings Lodge

This place has let me down about 6 times this year. They are either closed during business hours, late starts and no food at all. Or they only have online orders when I'm already here...

Solid when they have food prepared but they are out of things all the time. Tonight they had no beans, onions/peppers, pico de gallo, corn. And I 've gone in multiple times when there are literally no chips. Otherwise a solid Chipotle, just lackadaisical when it comes to food prep.

Friendly service and great portions! Sometimes they get really busy and run out of items make sure to check when you get there.

I just want to say Nathan at the SW broadway location is phenomenal. Not only is he always on top of everything, he is caring, nice, and attentive. He is always willing to help out the other workers and always has a smile on his face. My boyfriend and I always know we are going to have a awesome experience when he is working. He rocks!

Wish 0 stars was an option. Definitely the worst chipotle on the planet. Might as well change the hours to 12-7 cause they never open on time, and the employees are so lazy they close at 7 or 8 because they don't feel like staying till 10. Always disrespecting customers, rolling their eyes, and consistently out of something on a daily basis. Went the other day to get food at 7:30 and they had already closed. The following day their card reader was down so they were only taking online orders. This place needs to be closed.
