Cafe Today - Jennings Lodge

I used to work here and it was a very toxic work environment. The manager would yell at us infront of customers If she still manages this place, I hope she changed her ways. White lady, blonde hair. Short. I couldn't take it anymore. I resigned and she made me forfeit 300.00 in my tips made all because of her bad attitude and behaviors

I just picked up their lasagna special today. Don't get me wrong. I like when the cheese is a little toasted on my lasagna, but this was well past toasty. I broke my plastic fork trying to cut through it.

As of today I’m fairly certain the only reason to eat at this place is desperation (like me, today, I forgot my lunch at home). Have given it a try on multiple occasions over the last 5 years — and it’s just gone from bad to worse. Lesson learned.

Quality ranges from ok to terrible. Even when they get your order right, you are likely to be disappointed.

Chicken Fried Steak and eggs and hashbrowns and toast for $6 on Thursday mornings. Be there.
