Bidra med feedbackPretty good sushi for the value of everything you can eat. The servers got our order a few times wrong, but their fine, you can order more and more at no cost. The staff is also very nice and the interior/room is very clean and well maintained. Sushi/Sashimi/Rollen/Miso Soup were all very good. The Udon was a little sub par.
The atmosphere of this place is really beautiful. Great is, I went with a group of 7 a total one hour before graduation and they still served us. Although some of the waiters had minimal English, they were still very friendly and reputable. It does not need much English to know to take an order and I think they were beautiful. I smiled at the female waiters because I was literally the only girl in the group. I was late at school, was mad, hungry, tired and wanted to see my friend, but his friends also wanted to get food. That's why I got together. I had some really bright pink overalls because my leggings dirty earlier a day. We all went for everything you can eat sushi, but because we were such a big group, we decided to share it by half that we sat at the table. It was much easier to order. Also the sushi, sashimi and all the appetizers we ordered were great. You even gave a final order at 10 a.m., for which I felt so bad, but we left a pretty good tip! We really haven't waited for our food for a long time, but above all because there was no one but us. Usually, if there are pieces, you usually have to pay a certain amount because you waste food. My friend and his friend wanted to take the rest home, but they gave up the fee for us because we didn't know about it. Overall, I had a great experience here, and because this is so close to Penn State Abington, what my school is, I come back! Thank you.
The food was good. Came for lunch and ordered the salmon star, Bengorot Snapper and shrimp teriyaki box. Rice could have been better.
It is in a busy shopping plaza filled with seemingly oblivious people, but Sushi House was a good experience for me. Staff are shy and short in words, but they are fast to refill and take dirty dishes. We didn't decide for the $25, everything you can eat. We have the chicken catsu Bentobox and the two roll lunch option. The price was fair, about $7 each, but they did not contain green tea for free. Both options came with a fairly standard cano soup and ginger dressing salad. The ginger dressing was more thousand island than ginger, and there was a tad too much for my taste. The ducks themselves were a Ted above average. The Bentobox was not dry, and the rolls had a good taste while they had little rice. Not bad! All in all, Sushi House is a good place to get a quick sushi mix. Something to keep you until you decide to invest in some high-quality sushi.
We only came here because Nagomi is small and couldn't handle our large group, but we were not disappointed. Sushi house is very similar to Nagomi especially with the all you can eat special. All the sushi was made to order and tasted very fresh. They also didn't have the best service (same as Nagomi) however their sushi made up for it. We ordered a ton of sushi and pretty much ate it all! I definitely thought that their hot foods werent as good as Nagomi but we didn't really come for their hot foods. I would definitely go back! Oh and it's byob!
