Taco Bell - Jeffersonville

If you’re heading on the freeway approaching this location, drive to the next exit. This store slops together your food, is always sold out of everything and could not care less. This is a store that counts on traveling people that will never return so nothing matters (spoken from a local). If you must stop, go to chipotle next door, it’s not nearly as terrible as this place. Went through drive thru and ordered 3 spicy potato soft tacos with extra potatoes, each had 5 pieces of potato and no spicy sauce. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier's are slow as heck and always get the order wrong , my food has literally never been hot all the way through and usually can only stomach half of it before I throw it away that's how nasty it is, y'all staff need to do better.

We went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was so incredibly rude, interrupted me as I was ordering, got my order wrong until I said something and responded rudely when I noticed this. Our order was not correct, the forgot a Crunchwrap and gave us someone else’s Mexican pizza, the nacho fries were so cold, and when we came around to get our stuff both people at the window were painfully impolite, dismissive, and ridiculously RUDE. I mentioned they forgot my receipt and at the end of our entire transaction I still was not given my receipt. I was given a boat load of attitude from the workers. When the Crunchwrap was given to us it was so so very burnt it was genuinely inedible. Super disappointed, annoyed, and disrespected. If I could give the service and atmosphere 0 stars I would. I just wanted to let the Owner of this franchise location know, that the employees turn all the lights off to the restaurant at 8pm so they don't have to work. I parked in my truck next door and I didn't see a single customer go through the drive through for about 3 hours because all the lights are off and they look like they are closed. this is not an isolated incident I drove cross country and I see this quite frequently actually. this is what kids are doing nowadays.
