Five Guys - Jeffersonville

Boy, howdy. Walked into the door, immediately greeted by several of the staff. Was given enough time to look over the selections on the menu to make the best choices for our party. I got the Bacon burger with my favorite accouterments, and my son got the Bacon Cheeseburger with his. Cost was more than a recent trip to another fast food place where we fed 2 adults and 2 kids, but hey. Got the sandwiches and they were fine. Tasty, hot, juicy, better than expected. Don 't know that price/value was met, but they were better than the other fast food place. Overall 4 star was because of price (almost $40 with sandwiches and drinks and tax), food, service and atmosphere were all excellent, and the front side crew were especially attentive to cleaning the tables and chairs, including legs, backs and seats while we were there...Vegetarian options: Fake burger available, but didn 't see if they had a separated method or practice of cooking it. Don 't know how strict it was, or if it could be 'cross contaminated '. Also lots of warnings posted for peanut allergies for the boxes of peanuts sitting around.Dietary restrictions: Had no issue with doing one of the sandwiches sans bun. Well posted for peanut allergies, too.

Garbage service had a gift card but was charged full price on my credit card so came in and asked for help and he said nothing he could do , people were unhelpful and the shake was disgusting. Avoid.

The manager went above and beyond to fix a simple order mistake. This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend this location, the food is always great and really fresh.

I really like Five Guys I know when I eat there I am eating a real beef burger it may seem pricey but it's worth it I always get a small cheeseburger and small fries and it looks like I ordered a large cheeseburger and friesParking: There is always a place to park near the front door my son parks there it is handicap parking which is for me
