Bearno's Pizza Fern Creek

Called to place order for 2 topping large (pepperoni on the whole pizza and sausage on half) for the 2 topping large special. She told me we didn 't qualify because we didn 't order two toppings. I said, Sure we did; just make the side with pepperonionly, double pepperoni. She says, Too late. I 've already sent the order to the kitchen. They 're already making it and I can 'tchange it now. Seriously, Cashier 99? No tip for you! Also, stop scrolling on your cell phone while you are supposed to beworking.

Go to a different location? Was being sat down by one of the workers as a party of 6 at a six top table. Some lady waitress came out and told us we can?t sit there because some other table?s party grew and needed the table for these 3 other people for theirparty (that came in after us). Needless to say, this lady doesn?t understand hospitality and I would never want to eat at thisBearno?s again? You would be better off going to another location. We left and went to Bearno?s Middletown and received muchbetter service?

Sandra was our bartender and server. She was very attentive to our table. She is an asset to your business. We will be back! Food was good too!

Bearnos502 in Jtown is a very clean and the food is great I am hooked on the ham and cheese and fries and the bbq chicken pizza. I love going to Bearnos502 in Jtown. The service is great the atmosphere is great. I love going there to watch the collegefootball and college basketball games mens and womens. The waitress are great they are very friendly and really know their joband customers .

We have tried them 3 times. First time was a long course curly dark hair in the pizza. Second time Luke warm but no hair. 3rd time tonight was yet again a mess. Delivery driver tells front desk I said I only want to pick it up at the desk. False. Thedriver called and asked me if I could meet him down stairs. I said leave it there. Then he forgets soda. Food is like warm andtaste like it was made yesterday. No meat on those greasy, greasy wings but fat. Understand prices go up. Get it. At least serveedible food,, This food was a waste of money and I wouldn't let my dog touch it. He'd get very sick!! Very much charging morefor worse quality?? Wow! Spread the word,!!!!!
