We can’t say enough good things about Redline BBQ. We recently had them cater our wedding and all of our guests loved the food. Mitch is extremely responsive and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They showed up on time and were quick to set up, serve, and tear down. The food was perfect temperature even after them traveling about 40 minutes to our venue.

Red Line BBQ catered for our wedding in Fort Atkinson, WI and it was a great experience. Mitch and his team were prepared and so helpful. We had a buffet and it went smoothly with all of our 160 guests being served in a very timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious. We received compliments from our guests and my husband was very excited about having leftovers to take home and eat. He said they had some of the best barbecue sauce that he’s ever had. My personal favorites were the Mac and cheese and the brisket. The potato salad seemed to be very popular with our guests. Thanks Mitch and the team at Red Line BBQ for catering our event with delicious food and making it such a pleasant experience.

Just the right amount of smoke, lightly sauced, GENEROUS portions, and the sides don’t take second place to the ‘Que.The potato salad and beans are super tasty. Corn bread is moist and delicious. Lots of care goes into the food at this place.

Stopped for my 1st time. I barbecue pretty well myself but wanted to try theirs. It was just a dream come true.
