Love this place. Not only do I feel like I’m back in Singapore when I walk in, see the decor and hear the music, but the food is fresh and authentic Chinese food.

Fulfilling,chicken and broccoli was delicious egg rolls are delicious. Did a pick up order. No issues.

Rude. Disorderly. Food quality was horrible. I come here all the time and I always let them slide. Enough is enough. I’m highly disappointed. When I asked for them to remake my food they refused. They only remade 1 ! Part of my order.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review for someplace I frequently visit. They really just got under my skin so here goes... last Friday I ordered a to go plate. Sliced barbecue pork. This is something I probably get once a week if not more. I’m very familiar with this plate. When I got home and opened it, it was terribly dry like beef jerky, and 50% gelatinous fat. I called and told them about it, and they said that I could come anytime and pick up a replacement plate. Well, I called today to order my replacement plate which went fine, two minutes later I got a phone call from China doll that said “you needed to bring your bad plate back.” First of all, no one remotely came close to ever saying that to me. Second, you think I’m supposed to waste more of my time and money than I already did picking up a piece of trash plate from you? Maybe you should come pick it up from me for the inconvenience of selling me a bad plate. I take clients here two or three times a week. High profile clients. I spend a lot of money here. Or let’s say I USED TO. I hate when people are rude and try to make you feel stupid or inferior. 9 Roses is amazing. You aren’t the only people on the block.

They have the worse service possible. I would not reccomend it at all. There is better food around the city if you are looking for great Chinese with great service. They should really work on it but dont expect it because the manager has horrible hostess skills as well.
