Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I had never tried this restaurant before, but I decided to order from them for my son's birthday party. The pizza was incredible! We got both thin crust and regular crust with toppings, and they both turned out beautifully. We will definitely be ordering from here again and I highly recommend it!

Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas online and paid for them. We were told that our order would be ready at 6:49 pm. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at 6:50 pm, the door was locked. The person working at the cash register only wanted to inform us that he was closed. Despite seeing our order ready on the shelf, we had to persuade him that it was ours. Last time I checked, 6:50 was not 7:00. The order had a phone number provided, so if the restaurant needed to close early, they should have called.

I'm not sure what's going on at this Papa Murphy's, but it seems like there is a serious need for a change in management. As a loyal customer, I have been consistently disappointed with my recent visits. Despite ordering hours in advance through the app, my pizza is never ready when I arrive. To make matters worse, they often include ingredients that I specifically requested to be removed, such as onions. On one occasion, they even added spinach to my pizza when it wasn't even an option. I believe it's time to take my business elsewhere due to this poor customer service. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to order from this restaurant in the future.

This place is great. one of my favourites to get pizza and they know how to do everything right! my last experience was not great, but the workers were super nice and we got a pizza with all the things we originally wanted on the pizza.

Today was the Pi day and when we picked up our pizza, it was crazy busy! the employees worked fast and did their best to ensure everyone was watching. I know there were some commands that were not picked up in time, my was one of them, but the personal did a great work to take care of all. I know how hard it is to process these many articles and they have their cool ones.
