Dairy Queen - Jeannette

Leaving this review because this isn't the first time this has happened. Bought 2 large M&M Blizzards. $5.29 each. Neither Blizzard had M&Ms in the first half of the cup. There was only about 2 tablespoons of M&Ms in the bottom half, most being on the bottom. At this cost, I'd say we were ripped off.

This Dairy Queen is great, and is rarely crowded. I also like this dairy queen because it is not run by corporate. This is a franchise and they have their own reward system. The staff is nice, and they have outside tables to eat at that are covered by umbrellas. There is also a batting cage next door for children and young adults. I feel like this one is not as well known which is great because there are more loyal customers, and it is less congested. If you have a larger SUV or longer truck, I would recommend parking in the parking lot and walk up to order instead of going through the drive-thru. The drive-thru could be a bit tight for you, especially if it is busy. This Diary Queen also as the ice cream cup cakes up front and full size cakes! The only downside to this one is that there is no indoor seating. This is definitely a family friendly Dairy Queen that you should go to one evening if you have not been here yet. Be sure to ask for a reward card when you visit. You can only use it at this location, but it is easy to fill up to get a bag of dilly bars.

I ordered two s’mores blizzards. One of them I had to request to change the standard marshmallow bar topping to chocolate chunks instead because that’s what my wife asked for. The girl making the blizzards kept glaring at me and had to come up to the window aggressively asking if the blizzards are the same or not. I explained again and got another glare as she went back. I told the woman at the window that “if I keep getting glared at by her I just won’t come here anymore.” After which I got the life story about the girl working because the woman at the window taking my order was her mom. I didn’t ask for anyone’s life story…. Trying to guilt trip me into feeling bad for what I said. No. I’m not playing that game.

Went tonight and ordered the same thing i have gotten for at least 2 years. a strawberry royal new york cheesecake blizzard. well thats not what i got. i got chocolate vanilla ice cream with cookie dough pieces and strawberries. i cant even eat it didnt notice until i got home now they are closed.

Had a Red Velvet Blizzard tonight. It was awesome!!! Congrats Todd and Pam.
