Fazoli's - Jasper

Absolutely, the worst meal, we have ever had at Fazoli's, basically sauce over noodles!! That's sad, considering we spent over 24 Dollars!!!! Not to mention the floors were dirty !! We will not return to this location!!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Customers in the drive thru should be treated just as if they were a customer inside the restaurant. Ridiculous wait time.

The wait time for a drive thru order was ridiculous. The man working the window apologized profusely and got me my fresh, hot order but there is not enough help for them to take care of customers in a timely manner. Also, the car in front of me had 3adults in it- if you have three or more adult orders, GO INSIDE! Geez. Drive thru is for us single drivers and people withkids. ????

Management and staff were courtesy and very understanding towards our particular needs. Want to give special thanks out to their manager- Dillion. You are made of all the right stuff!

The staff was friendly and came out to check on us. Food tasted great for a fair price. The floors were not kept up or cleaned recently. The tables had crumbs and sticky spots. Lost a few starts since they are not keeping the lobby clean.
