During a stay at the lodge several times sat to the Pines. Great food, drinks and service every time. If you like old fashioned, you should be sure that you have the full service at your table. Steve goes beyond and beyond. Can't wait to go...back.

We had a fantastic dinner with Steve serving us. He offered excellent food suggestions and assisted with finding the ideal wine to complement our meal. The restaurant provided great value as well. Don't hesitate to come here!

We were here twice with our 2 years old daughter and Steve was our waiter he was absolutely wonderful! I never had a waiter as attentive to a little kid like Steve. He played with her, told us stories, made great recommendations and was really phenomenal! Would go back for the service we have at The Pines. PS the food was great too! 10/10 would recommend the Bison Filet for dinner and the Old Fashion Cocktail.

Our waiter Steve was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgeable about food and drinks. He recommended food and drinks that were very delicious. Steve looked after every detail that made us excited and well maintained. The boss We made very tasty meals....We are not duck fans, but the duck little dish on the menu was one of our favorites. Recommend this restaurant and hopefully you will get Steve as your waiter. You will definitely not leave disappointed.

Our waiter Steve was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took extremely good care of us and we felt very at ease. He knew a lot about wine and helped us pair our food with a great wine choice. The food was excellent. We had the...Coast to Coast and the Rosemary Duck to start, and the Pheasant and the Angus Short Rib as mains. Thanks to Chef Wes for a brilliant dinner. We had the Poplar Grove Legacy for the wine.
