The ramen at this restaurant is delicious, but I was uncomfortable with the cold seating and draft coming from somewhere.
The Tonkotsu ramen was prepared expertly. While it may not have been my personal favorite flavor, taste is subjective and can vary for each person. There was nothing inherently wrong with this ramen dish.
