We missed the tickets but it's nice to have unlimited playing time for an hour.

We came for a 5-year-old birthday. She had a great time, which is what matters most. The adults, however, we're not pleased. We had to wait at the front door for a few minutes to be greeted, despite being the only ones there. The child was wearing a birthday crown, but the staff never said happy birthday. The woman working did not even speak to us or smile a single time. She was not friendly at all. We did not even bother to get food or stay any longer because of the unfriendly service.

We spent a lot of money and the food was terrible. The wings were cold. Not a very friendly staff. First time there, that was not a good first impression. My one year old was not stamped on his hand thank God we had him with us the whole time. But I thought the stamps were for kids safety and to make sure no one walks out with your kid. Will not be returning.

Food is just okay.It has gotten really crappy over the years. The breadsticks aren't as good, and they did away with the ham and cheese sub. That was the best thing they had the pizza blows

Wife and I took kids it was real nice clean we weren't from area but Tina at front desk was extremely helpful and great at her job and the other three workers on staff Kenzie Nene Abbie were friendly and helpful so thanks for the great customer service and clean environment fun times kids loved it.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids only section great for little kids
