Chipotle Mexican Grill - Janesville

I usually love chipotle but last time. I was really disappointed. the tortilla tasted half hard, as if it had long been sitting out or soon ran out. also the whole meat was quite dry and burned. I'll give them another shot as I always liked chipotle.

I was super disappointed with the customer service. They have posted everywhere about their cauliflower rice. When I asked for it, the woman behind the counter said, They didn 't make any. When I inquired about other options she argued with me about my own food choices. At 11:30 in the morning the restrooms and tables were filthy. I wish we would have gone someplace else.

Food was tasty but the place was absolutely filthy food prep, seating, toilets. You could see the disorganization behind the service area, paperwork everywhere, tools. A total mess.

Have to say I was a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of this location. Some staff was courteous some seemed focused on themselves. Food was served hot and proper portion amounts. Dining area needed attention as well as around the food tins that your food is scooped our of. They wouldn't have scored well if their check lists were done.

Quick lunch stop while traveling. Kind of regret it. Staff was fine. Tacos were at the lower end of Meh . Bathrooms were appalling like worse than two buss loads of drunk packer fans bad. Way to many other options within 200 yards to ever go back
