Bidra med feedbackLast week or so, I stopped to pick up an order I had called. When I had to work and it opened, I found it wasn't what I had ordered. I called the store to tell them if I could get another one later. The person I spoke to (I suppose he was the manager, but I don't know. asked me where I worked and what I ordered. He gave me the right hand! (which was great because I was starving, I couldn't believe it. Now is THAT customer service! Not only did he bring my sub, but he also gave me a voucher for a free sub and contacted me later to let me know what happened. Another customer had received my suberror. I've been swinging over there all the time because I've loved Jersey Mikes since college and, in my opinion, they've killed the best subs. (Do you think I have received a special treatment for confidentiality / rare visits, I did not. To my knowledge, I had never seen this individual, which makes it cooler. As a long-term customer, I appreciated this phenomenal customer service. Thank you. Jamestown Jersey Mike's, and a great thank you to the guy who went upstairs and beyond to fix this!
The crew on Thursday, the 28th. June after 19:00 worked, was amazing. They went beyond and beyond. We're vegetarians and these guys have gone out to make our food. Amazing! We also have delicious subs!! Thank you for being great!
The staff was very friendly and the food was freshly tasty!! We're coming back!
