I probably wouldn’t recommend this place outside of an airport, but it was the only place in the terminal that didn’t seem like it was too much trouble to order from. airport food is always expensive and not often worth the price, but FOR airport food I can’t complain too much. the burger was alright, the fries were decent, but mostly it was quick and convenient.

Employees were cursing each other out. Everyone was running around with no structure. Sorry to say but very ghetto but what can you say about a food spot inside of jfk? Horrible customer service for the price you have to pay for the food they re-heat. There are a few fresh things made on the grill, but don 't get the nachos they re-heat everything that goes on them. Cashier left to the bathroom for about 30 mins I literally watched her walk into the bathroom and stay there for 30 mins, my food was ready but guess what, I had to wait for that one particular Cashier to come back so I asked the manager can I have my food before it gets cold and he said no you have to wait for the cashier this place is Horrible or should I say it was horrible when I went about 3 weeks ago.

I really didn't enjoy my experience in this restaurant. Not only I think the drink prices were too high $20 for one mimosa), I asked for a coffee with my food and didn't even get it until the end which we had to leave quick because our gate changed so I decided I didn't want the coffee anymore but they didn't forget to charge me for it first! Then when I said I didn't want the coffee anymore, the waiter basically forced it on me saying that I'll take it to go instead of going with what I, the customer, wanted. I've never seen or experienced something like this before.

I never bother to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this is the first time I've gotten airport food that was completely inedible. I had to throw it out, which I don't think I have ever done. The nachos used actual cheese whiz. It was worse than taco bell. The workers there were also operating on another wavelength as far as manners.

You will miss your flight waiting for the food to be served. And it wasn't worth the wait. The food is bad as well as the service. My advice: Try to find something else.Food: 1/5
