Mangos Indian Veg - Jaffna

The dosa and paratha at this restaurant are fantastic and well-priced. It's a great value for the quality of the food. Just keep in mind that this is a vegetarian restaurant and they do not serve alcohol.

WARNING: ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICES OF EVERYTHING YOU ORDER VERBALLY. I have been to Mangos restaurant multiple times over the years, mostly at their previous location. While their prices may be on the higher side compared to other restaurants, the quality of the food is worth it. The special dosa is absolutely delicious. However, nothing ruins a meal more than feeling like you have been cheated. The menu advertised 'mango special ice cream (for 2 people) for 1500 SLK. But when the bill arrived, they charged us 3000 SLK, 1500 SLK for each serving! Despite challenging the staff, we were unable to resolve the issue and were forced to pay the inflated bill. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to Mangos.

We ordered paneer dosa and cheese dosa, and they were large, flavorful, and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and found the staff to be very sweet and friendly.

Long waiting time, less staff, poor service , wait for 30 minutes and no one come to the table to take orders

Really very good Chilli Paneer and the best Dosa in Sri Lanka so far.Good portions and a great price.Will be back tomorrow
