Wendy's - Jacksonville

I never come back. On two seperate occasions they screwed up my order by not giving me what I paid for. Tonight, they refused to fix the order on the car when they gave me my food. This place can suck it.

Always have always will! This is one of the very few fast food places I will even bother eating multiple times a week!

For Wendy?s food the quality at this location is highly reliable. The chicken sandwiches are cooked better than at any location that I?ve ever been to. I can tell real chicken is used and it?s cooked very well. I can?t speak for everyone else?s experience but out of the 15-20 times I?ve been here the food has been bussin.

I have got to give it to this Wendy's restaurant located on baymeadows rd across from the reedy branch shopping center! I visited this particular location 3 days in the same week during August and not only are the staff really great in my opinion but the quality of the food served ALL 3 VISITS were EXCELLENT and because of that they have created their own lane for ALL of the other local wendy participants to take a couple lessons from. I live over 10 miles away from this particular location but will default this Wendy's as MY WENDY'S! To the whole staff I just wanna say I understand that it's tough to get a compliment that someone took their time with but I empathize with you when you may feel like your services are underappreciated but UNDERSTAND THIS WE AS IN THE PUBLIC DEPEND ON YOUR EXCELLENCY AND TRUST THAT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE US WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES POSSIBLE! Thanks for consistantly serving me #HOT #FRESH #FOOD that actually LOOKED LIKE THE PICS that you order from and thanks for a clean location inside and out. And last of all this thank you review is dedicated to the entire staff at this particular #WENDY'S location and to be honest I've only had service between the hours of 11am to 7pm and haven't been served outside those hours but the cohesion of this staff SPEAKS FOR THE SHIFTS that I haven't been served as of yet!???????

It hangs sometimes they are great and often close the dining room 2.5-3 hours early
