Wendy's - Jacksonville

This one is hit or miss. It was not very good at our recent visit

I've been here for 27 minutes to order 4 frostys I mean this in incredibly bad service. They are not even busy and to make it worse, they are like super-ruden

I go to the lobby with a homeless person in the lobby door, literally standing in the way. He refuses to come out of the door. I say something to the cashier, and they get an attitude with me. He didn't buy anything, he had no reason to be there. Somewhere I have ever worked, good service if you make a paying guest uncomfortable, then you have to go. I'll contact companies.

This is the second and last time I will go to this location. The woman at the window literally looked me in the eye and closed the window on me while I was asking for ranch. The burger was plain, flavorless, and dry despite their putting on the disgusting cheese sauce that I asked to not have. The person taking my order was also really rude. My first time here was basically the same, but I let it go because everybody is entitled to have a bad day. I can forgive and try again, but for $12 I can find much better options.

Didn?t know what I wanted... but the woman in the drive thru was awesome; helped me decide and food was ready very fast! It was good too, everything cooked and prepared to perfection.
