Wendy's - Jacksonville

Be extremely careful when ordering the mobile app. I tried to order with other wendy’s and this was the standard place due to my last visit. the order was not filled yet, they refuse to pay back. first they have to wait for an hour to wait just to talk to someone about the problem that is unbelievable in itself. I was told that a refund will only be issued so that it will be thrown into the local administration if I would call again, what would be good if they were interested in the solution of the question management on this site, above all not to delete the refund and they told me Monday to Friday before 5 o'clock in person, but if I, the person who should give the refund wrong, they were in a meeting the app likes to appear as a good deal!

Grilled chicken sandwich. Worst ever!!! Sandwich was dry over cooked and as you can see the chicken breast was cut in half and slightly burnt on the other. . smh. Come in Wendy's I paid more for better, this was worse the getting a 4 for 4.. smh!! This place was so understaffed. Only 5 employees including the manager who was washing dishes. Cashier's were friendly. This place has always serves good food until today. They need help

26 minutes I sat in the drive-thru. One car in front of me the entire time. It was just one man with two four-piece chicken orders. Y'all had at least five employees working, so don't blame it on staffing. Nope.

I will never eat at this location again. I ordered a loaded baked potato and half way through eating it I found three hairs in it. The first one I thought ok maybe it dropped from head or something. Then I dig in and see another then another. I was sick to my stomach. They don't wear hair nets and there is noone there forcing them to. This location is disgusting!

Worse Food Ever in my opinion, I ate a burger before they closed and apparently they hired new staff. My burger looked a tiny bit raw but I didn’t mind it because I was hungry. Three hours after eating it my stomach began to hurt and I was bawling up crying because of how bad my stomach was hurting come to find out I have food poisoning from the burger and now I have been dealing with this for two going on three days I will never eat from any Wendy’s again then the manager had the nerve to get mad at me when I brought it to her attention.
