Waffle House - Jacksonville

Another pleasant visit with the best .. Kachiri! I don’t know how this young lady remembers my order and has it going before I even sit down i. ! I’ve seen her do it for others and she is so impressive! I appreciate her conversation and unmatched demeanor ! My family and I only visit this location when she is present and will continue to do so. She should be in training or managing her own!

I give the waffle a 5 rating because love it or hate it ,it's still a waffle house. Go there at 2am on any given Friday or Saturday and if you like it then ,then you'll love it at any other time!

If I could give a 30 star review I would.Kachiri went above and beyond to service me and my family’s needs with that infectious smile of hers. Thank you so much for serving us will definitely be back to visit you again

This location is my absolute favorite . It’s never too crowded and the staff is always friendly . I have been coming to this Waffle House in Jacksonville for a few years now and Kachiri is the absolute best ! She knows me by name and knows my order . In this current climate it is so hard to find passionate employees who offer wonderful service , and Kachiri and the rest of the staff exemplify that and more ! I don’t know if Kachiri will see this but she is a gem and you all are so lucky to have her !

Currently eating here with Bradlee as our server. Everyone greeted us as we came in. We got to our seats rather quickly and was greeted by the warmest and kindest young lady ever. Bradlee was quick, attentive and kind to everyone including her staff. Staff could be overheard communicating effortlessly and efficiently. Staff worked well together and were upbeat and happy to interact with customers. First visit here but definitely won’t be the last :
